Coaches- Pre and Post Games Procedures

Pre Game Procedures:

Home Team Coach provides an completed and filled –out game report listing Age group, Division, Team Code.

  1. Submit to Referee: a FYSA Roster or Roster approved by DC and envelope with VP’s address affixed.
  2. Submit Guest Player Form if applicable.
  3. Present players passes for all players playing or serving suspension.
  4. Games fees to referee are provided by HOME Team
  5. Identify Field Marshall to Referee
  6. Note on Game Report any player/s serving suspensions. (in area marked Players cautioned during game)

Post Game Procedures:

 

  1. Each Coach signs the game report confirming all information is correct on the report.

  2. Confirm that any players serving out game suspension is written in the space entitled    (in area marked Players cautioned during game)

  3. Winning Coach calls or e-mails their Age Group Coordinator (AGC) with the information: a) Date of Game, b) Name of Teams, c) Age Group and Division, d) State the Winning teams name e) Record the Score.

  4. Notify Vice President of any player receiving a red-card from OWN team –go to website : www.usa-soccer.org to New Items click onto Coaches and Player Red card suspension site

  5. Winning Coach Send in game report to the V.P.

  6. Enter Players of the Match on the USA Website( will need to paste and copy form to fill-out, then save to forward to e-mail)

  7. Fill-out and send referee assessment form to Mario via website online paste and copy, or fax or e-mail.
